The Law Office applies the following principles of remuneration for our legal services:
Lump-sum remuneration system – based on a fixed monthly rate within which you are entitled to a specified number of working hours at a preferential rate
Hourly pay system – the amount of the lawyer’s remuneration depends on the hours worked on the client’s case.
Remuneration for the case – the amount of lawyer’s remuneration is determined individually based on the complexity of the case.
Succes fee – commission based on the result- remuneration, which depends on the result of the case. This remuneration system can only be used in conjunction with one of the three above.
